Sir Larsie I Remix contest 2007

Sir Le label allemand Phoenix Upliftment Records, fraichement créé anonce un contest de remix pour cette année.
Pour ce concours le principe est relativement simple : il faut remixer un morceau fait par le label : "Can't take no more". Les vainqueurs du concours auront la primeur d'avoir leur titre édité sur le futur label Phoenix Upliftment Records, un RM IV VSTi/AU (Mac or PC version), un produit de leur choix chez Zion Clothing collection et pas mal d'autres goodies telle une pipe, des T-shirts, des CD... Tout cela rien que pour le vainqueur. Les deuxieme et troisième prix ne sont pas mal non plus puisqu'il s'agit aussi d'une édition sur le label, et des godies dont un Northmood VSTi (Mac or PC version) pour le 2eme... Chaque participant doit fournir un droit d'inscription de 10 € payables par Paypal. Au niveau date de fin ils annoncent qu'il faut avoir envoyé les mp3 avant le 15 juin 2007, ce qui fait que vous avez assez de temps pour finir ou faire des morceaux. L'annonce des vainqueurs sera faite sur leur site le 30 juin.

Each participant has to pay an entry fee of 10 Euro payable via PayPal or regular bank account.

If you would like to participate simply reply to this email then we will give you the payment details for the entry fee. Once wired we will then provide a link where you can download the single tracks of the original track in 24bit 44.1kHz wav format (the total filesize is 75mb so a DSL connection is recommanded) beside detailed technical instructions. There will only be one remix per participant allowed to be entered. Please consider that the musical style of the remix has to be Dub or Roots Reggae!

The jury consists of: Dub Rogue (Dub Flash Records, www.dubflash.com), Sir Larsie I (Phoenix Upliftment Records, www.sirlarsiei.com), and Seb (Musical Riot, www.musicalriot.org)

Deadline to send in your finished remix as a preview in mp3 format by email is: June 15th 2007 (the date/time of receipt of the email counts)

Date for the jury to announce the 3 winners is: June 30th 2007 (they will be announced on our homepage and will get notified by email)
